About Sona
In 1995, Sona graduated with Masters' Degree in Economics at the Bratislava Economic University, Slovakia. In 2014, she qualified as a Tui Na Master Practitioner and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Acupuncturist at the International BodyHarmonics School in Cheltenham, UK.
In 2021, Sona received Licentiate in Acupuncture and qualified with BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the reputable College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, UK.
She has a membership at the British Acupuncture Council.
Sona practices integrated Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) style of acupuncture, as well as other modalities, such as Tuina massage, cupping, guasha, nutrition (Chinese food energetics) and somatic emotional release technique. In her practice, Sona creates a bespoke treatment for each client based on their individual needs and health conditions. Her qualification as a yoga instructor allows her to complement her treatment with advice on yoga and mind-fullness techniques.
